Your Resource Navigators

Caring for a loved one with Dementia is an emotional, physical and emotional journey that can be both rewarding and challenging.

Forever Carolina was created after our personal journey of caring for our loved one diagnosed with Alzheimer’s.

We aim to assist your family with what we know can be a difficult and sometimes troubling reality. We know how far a little help can go. Navigation to resources such as support groups, in-home care services, legal aid or respite programs for caregivers are just a few ways we can help to empower you to receive both tangible and emotional support.

Local Resources

We know that caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s can have implications on all areas of your life. We partner with local businesses who understand these challenges and are ready to help when you are ready.

Accessing the right resources will help you to become better equipped to plan for the future, make sustainable choices and build resilience. Resource navigation is not just about addressing immediate needs, it also helps in making informed decisions for long-term well-being.

The Carrie Grant

Named after our late matriarch, the Carrie Grant is a financial resource available to those who demonstrate financial need and apply with our team.

In 1983, President Reagan declared November as National Alzheimer’s Awareness Month. At that time, 2 million Americans had been affected. Today, that number has soared to

5.4 million seniors.

They were young once.
