Forever Carolina was created after the lived experiences of its founding members illuminated the difficulty of caring for loved ones with Alzheimer’s and dementia.
We aim to assist your family with what we know can be a difficult and sometimes troubling reality. We know how far a little help can go and we want to partner with you to get your loved ones the help they need.

The Carrie Grant
Named after our late matriarch, the Carrie Grant is a financial resource available to those who demonstrate financial need and apply with our team.
In 1983, President Reagan declared November as National Alzheimer’s Awareness Month. At that time, 2 million Americans had been affected. Today, that number has soared to
5.4 million seniors.
