Let’s Stroll
We created Let's Stroll as a complimentary magazine designed specifically for people living with dementia and those who support them. Through nostalgic stories, engaging activities, and community information, the magazine encourages conversation, social connection, purposeful engagement, and moments of joy to be shared together.
For individuals living with dementia, Let's Stroll offers opportunities for meaningful participation and connection. For care partners, it provides ideas for engagement, local resources, and information about programs and events within the community.
